Shake well before use. Apply liberally to problem area and massage into skin. Repeat as needed throughout the day.

Apply towards the end of the treatment. 1-2 pumps will cover most targeted areas.

I’ve been having bad shoulder pain to the point I couldn’t hardly move my arm. Eventually it got to the point i wasn’t able to even pull my bow back to go hunting or practice shooting. I was supposed to get cortisone shots for it since tylenol and ibuprofen no longer help at all, but I kept putting it off.
