Roll-On Directions:

Apply to wrist, neck, chest and/or temples to reduce stress and further the feeling of emotional well-being.
To combat inflammation, apply Unwind Again roll-on over the abdomen, face, neck, arms, or legs. For best results, massage with fingers in a slow circular motion.
Ease migraines by applying Unwind Again roll-on to temples and massage in circular motion. Repeat as needed 3-4 times daily.
Additionally, use Unwind Again prior to going to bed to aid in both relaxation and to achieve restful sleep.
