Apply roll-on over forehead, temples, and neck and massage with fingers in circular motion.
For Massage, apply roll-on over the abdomen, face, neck, arms, or legs, and massage with fingers in a circular motion. Please refer to a Massage guide for more information on technique.
For Migraines, apply roll-on to temples and massage in circular motion. Repeat as needed 3-4 times daily.
Massage Enhancement Directions
Allow your client to breathe in the aroma of the oils by waving them near their nose at the beginning of the massage to promote relaxation. Incorporate the oil throughout the massage as desired.
